Ujjwala Scheme Gas Connection Apply Process
- First, open a browser on your mobile or computer and visit the official website of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
- On the homepage, look for the option “Apply for New Ujjwala Connection” or “PMUY Apply Online.”
- After opening the application page, you will see options for three LPG companies. Select the company from which you want to take the gas connection:
- Indian Oil Corporation (Indane Gas), Bharat Petroleum (Bharat Gas), Hindustan Petroleum (HP Gas) Click on the company of your choice.
- After selecting the LPG company, the New Ujjwala Connection Application Form will open. This form is used to apply for a new LPG connection under the scheme.
- Enter the required personal information in the form, such as: Applicant’s name (as per Aadhaar) Husband’s name Mobile number Full address (village, post, district, state) PIN code Category (BPL / ration card holder) Make sure all details are correct.
- Next, upload the necessary documents. Usually the following documents are required: Aadhaar Card Ration Card Bank passbook Passport size photo Mobile number for verification Upload clear scanned copies or photos.
- After filling in all details and uploading documents, click the Submit / Submit Application button. Your application will then be successfully registered online.
- After submission, the nearest LPG distributor will verify your application. If everything is correct, you will receive a free LPG gas connection and cylinder under the scheme.
